Self Help

Besides receiving sessions from a practitioner, Jin Shin Jyutsu may also be applied to ourselves. This is known as Self Help.   

Daily Self Help is encouraged.  With daily reminders, the body is able to regain and maintain a more balanced, harmonious state.  We are able to manage day-to-day stresses more easily, thus reducing their effects.  We benefit in body, mind and spirit when our body is regularly "tuned up".

Self-Help instruction is provided with each private session. Classes and private instruction are also available for more in-depth training. See Classes / Events.
